A rosé from Carl Jung, one of the oldest names in dealcoholised wine, based in Rüdesheim. The house does not publish the grape, which several retailers give as Grenache, but it does explain the method: vacuum extraction at low temperature with aroma recovery. Fruity and slightly sweet, with about 35 g of sugar per litre, best served cold at 6-8 °C.

How to read an alcohol-free wine label

What "up to 0.5 %" means. In the EU, "alcohol-free" means 0.5 % ABV or less. We use it on every wine page.
