An off-dry Riesling from Carl Jung, the Rüdesheim house that has been dealcoholising wine since 1907 and patented its own method back then. The alcohol is drawn off under vacuum at low temperature, the aromas are recovered and the wine is rounded off with rectified concentrated grape must. It comes across fresh and fruity, with noticeable sweetness from about 35 g of sugar per litre and up to 0.5% alcohol.

How to read an alcohol-free wine label

What "up to 0.5 %" means. In the EU, "alcohol-free" means 0.5 % ABV or less. We use it on every wine page.
