A Chardonnay from Spanish grapes, dealcoholised by Carl Jung in Rüdesheim using the vacuum method the house has relied on for more than a century. Once the alcohol is out, the recovered aromas go back in and the wine is rounded off with rectified concentrated must. The result is a fruity, easy-going white with about 40 g of sugar per litre, best at 6-8 °C.

How to read an alcohol-free wine label

What "up to 0.5 %" means. In the EU, "alcohol-free" means 0.5 % ABV or less. We use it on every wine page.
