About the project

noalc is an independent editorial portal for non-alcoholic, dealcoholised and 0.0% wine: Spain first, then the wider EU. We publish articles, dealcoholisation methods, an events agenda and a glossary so the category is easier to read: rules, wineries, labelling and tasting. Independent reviews are still being built; when real tasting notes ship, they will follow the same sourcing standard as the rest of the site.

Independence

noalc is not a winery or distributor website. noalc does not sell wine and does not take product orders. We do not process product payments. When we name brands, methods or market figures, it is for reference, not as a shop window. If sponsored or partner content appears later, it will be labelled clearly.

Method

We prefer primary and trade sources whenever they exist: EU and Spanish rules (EUR-Lex, BOE and equivalents), observatory and interprofessional data, technical documentation on dealcoholisation kit and platforms, and specialist press. Articles link out so claims can be checked. We would rather say “no public figure yet” than invent a number.

The portal is bilingual (Spanish / English). Spanish is the default; English carries the same frame for readers outside Spain.
