What it is
Equalizer, from ABV Technology, is a modular dealcoholization skid. It started on craft beer and was later pointed at wine and other no-alcohol drinks. Two vacuum stages, kept cool.
How it runs
Volatiles come off first, ethanol second. Staged vacuum evaporation, with the liquid never sitting on a hot surface. It can collect aroma fractions, but there is no built-in step that puts them back into the wine.
The skid layout is meant to scale and run continuously — useful if the cellar wants kit that can move, not a fixed column.
