An alcohol-free red from Carl Jung, made from Spanish Merlot that the house dealcoholises in Rüdesheim on the Rhine. It goes through the firm's vacuum extraction with aroma recovery and is then adjusted with rectified concentrated must and tartaric acid. Soft and fruity, with about 40 g of sugar per litre, and the producer suggests serving it fairly cool, at 8-10 °C.

How to read an alcohol-free wine label

What "up to 0.5 %" means. In the EU, "alcohol-free" means 0.5 % ABV or less. We use it on every wine page.
