A sparkling rosé from the Chavin Zéro range, a Vin de France dealcoholised by low-temperature vacuum distillation. The Béziers house does not name the grapes and adds no flavourings; the sweetness comes from grape must, about 25 g of sugar per litre. Serve it very cold, at 6-8 °C, as an aperitif.

How to read an alcohol-free wine label

What "up to 0.5 %" means. In the EU, "alcohol-free" means 0.5 % ABV or less. We use it on every wine page.
