A sparkling white Chardonnay from Pierre Chavin in Béziers, a house that has been working on alcohol-free wine for more than a decade. It is a dealcoholised Vin de France, made by low-temperature vacuum distillation and rounded off with grape must. Fine bubbles, white fruit notes and about 25 g of sugar per litre.

How to read an alcohol-free wine label

What "up to 0.5 %" means. In the EU, "alcohol-free" means 0.5 % ABV or less. We use it on every wine page.
