Matarromera describes it as the only alcohol-free Tempranillo red with 12 months in barrel. Alcoholic fermentation happens in steel, and malolactic fermentation after the alcohol has been removed. It is dry, with under 0.5 g of sugar per 100 ml. Its ingredient list includes a stabiliser, antioxidants and preservatives.
