A white in WIN, Matarromera's alcohol-free line, made mainly from Verdejo and fermented in steel with no ageing. The alcohol is removed using the winery's own method at Valbuena de Duero. Fresh and youthful, with under 5 g/L of sugar. Serve at 5 to 6 °C.
