A sparkling Blanc de Blancs from Divin made entirely from Loire Chenin Blanc, grown on tuffeau and flint soils near Chenonceau and Chambord. Some 40% of the base wine is aged in large oak casks before gentle distillation techniques take the alcohol out. Fine bubbles, pear and green apple, with a vanilla note from the oak.
What "up to 0.5 %" means. In the EU, "alcohol-free" means 0.5 % ABV or less. We use it on every wine page.
