A Chenin Blanc from Divin's Origine range in the Loire, with a base wine worked on its lees for body before the alcohol is removed. It is dealcoholised by low-temperature vacuum distillation and the aromas are then returned. Yellow fruit, pear and baked apple, with about 32 g of sugar per litre.
What "up to 0.5 %" means. In the EU, "alcohol-free" means 0.5 % ABV or less. We use it on every wine page.
