Perelada's classic lightly sparkling white in a dealcoholised version, made from the usual trio of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. It smells of green apple, citrus and white flowers, and the palate is light, with fine bubbles and a slightly saline edge. Best served well chilled as an aperitif.
