An alcohol-free rosé from Torres made from Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes macerate on their skins for 24 hours, it ferments in stainless steel and the alcohol comes out in a spinning cone column. Cherry, strawberry and raspberry, with a fresh palate. Serve at 10 °C with tapas, charcuterie, vegetables or light pasta.
