This is the alcohol-free take on Barbadillo's Vi frizzante and the Cádiz winery's first drink made from dealcoholised wine. A white base wine has its alcohol removed, then concentrated grape must and carbon dioxide are added. Expect an aromatic, finely bubbled and clearly sweet glass, with around 10 g of sugar per 100 ml.
